The tonic is a concentrated blend of free radical fighting berry extracts, exfoliating cranberry enzymes, soothing and rejuvenating colloidal silver, regenerative and hydrating Abyssinian oil and essences of mint, blue tansy, German chamomile, lavender and rose. It is like a mix between a toner and a serum... and you need to shake well before use. I made it with the intention to be added to your mask as a booster!!! But you can also use it on its own as a toner/tonic before applying your sweet spirit serums and moisturizers... it feels cool, minty and fresh on skin! Sooo good!

To use: scoop 1 teaspoon of the mask powder into small dish and slowly add water to mix. Slowly add a bit more liquid: water, honey, or rosewater etc until it becomes a liquid-y spreadable paste.... but let it sit and let the botanicals ‘steep’ for 5 minutes before applying to face... this will activate and draw out the benefits of the herbal and flower powders we’ve included!  

Once your mask is on, shake up the antioxidant tonic and MIST liberally all over face. Keep your eyes closed cause it is minty fresh! Every time your mask starts to begin to feel dry, mist again to re-activate it. You never want it to dry solid and pull at skin. You want to keep it damp to keep it active. 

Keep your mask on for 15-25 mins. It’s always nice to do during a bath... and sometimes I apply right before a shower and just rinse it off at the very end. Either way, make it a ritual and connect with the bountiful beautiful botanicals and earth clays that are bringing their love and beauty to your skin and spirit... this love and gratitude will also enhance your natural radiant glow!

This beautiful mask features a wide of array of colourful clays, berry and fruit extracts, flower and herbal powders, that promote toned, refined, soft, and glowing skin. This is a such super power blend that brightens the complexion, decongests pores, and firms skin, while imparting essential nutrients for a radiant glow!

Whenever I use a clay mask, I feel like I’m connecting directly with Mother Earth ... because clay IS the earth!!! How grounding and nurturing on ALL levels!

French Pink Clay~ softens and hydrates and refreshes skin. It gently exfoliates, boosts circulation,  and replenishes moisture to skin.

French Green Clay~ tones and firms skin while drawing impurities from pores.

Blue Cambrian Clay~ deeply cleanses and detoxifies skin, reduces pores, stimulates the growth of new skin cells, promotes collagen development and leaves skin soft and glowing. This Clay comes from the ancient lake beds of Siberia (think of that magical energy!) and is known to help with rosacea, eczema, and other skin irritations.

Brazilian purple clay is known for its natural anti aging properties thanks to its extremely high magnesium content. It can also help prevent your skin from absorbing environmental contaminants and impurities.

Blueberry is one of the most potent beauty berries in the world. It’s loaded with vitamins A, C and E, which all work to promote cell turnover, firm and tighten, and soothe the skin. It also contains resveratrol, which can help keep acne at bay while preventing sun damage and subsequent premature aging. Blueberries are rich in anthocyanin, an antioxidant-like substance that repairs dry and damaged skin and promotes positive growth, and gallic acid, which can help reduce existing sun damage, including dryness and wrinkles.

Rosehip Extract  improves in the appearance of skin elasticity, brightens dull complexions, protects against environmental pollutants as well as UV light. For skin that is dry, rough, or flaky, Rosehip can provide gentle hydration and make it feel soft and smooth while reducing irritation and redness. The extract has also been shown to specifically reduce the look of wrinkles, age spots, scarring, loss of skin texture, and reduction of suppleness thanks to the  abundance of Vitamin C, which supports collagen synthesis. As the skin ages, the amount of collagen synthesized can decrease; topically supplying agents such as Vitamin C-rich Rosehip that can accelerate this process can in turn help firm and tighten the skin.

Black Current Extract~ Black currant extract is rich in fatty acids that promote skin hydration. It also contains antioxidants to nourish dry and damaged skin, leaving it soft and replenished.

 It has anti-inflammatory properties that help soothe and repair eczema. It contains protective antioxidants that promote skin rejuvenation. It is very rich in Anthocyanins that improve the appearance of free radical damage caused by sun exposure or pollutants.

 Willow bark extract~naturally exfoliates skin and clears pores to give skin a clearer, healthier appearance, which also help smooth the look of fine lines and wrinkles. Willow bark is a source of natural hydroxy acids that gently exfoliate. The result is smoother, softer skin.

Colloidal silver~ is naturally antibacterial and all around wonderful ingredient for skin as it helps heal wounds, acne, scarring, and is also naturally anti-aging! It soothes and restore irritated skin and reduces redness as well as naturally preserves water based potions.

Abyssinian oil~ This oil is extremely lightweight and absorbent, but it packs up a punch of omega acids, vitamins and antioxidants. Although it is very light in texture, it provides intense hydration without leaving the skin feeling greasy. It’s also non-comedogenic, making it ideal for people with oily skin and acne prone skin.

Abyssinian oil has a unique molecular structure that can’t be found in any other naturally occurring substance. It contains a very high percentage of unsaturated C22 omega-9 fatty acids and an abundance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 acids, as well as Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C and E. It has a very high resistance to oxidation, which means these nourishing ingredients retain their highest potency for a longer time.

From a chemical perspective, it’s structure is one of the closest to that of the human skin, which makes not only the perfect non-greasy moisturiser but it also helps regulating the overproduction of sebum - great for those with oily skin but also so helpful for dry skin!

The oil is highly anti-inflammatory thanks to its vitamin E content. It also contains an abundance of both Linoleic and Linolenic acids, which are helpful for skin regeneration and conditioning.
