While making the latest batch, I slipped in some frankincense for its beautiful ability to offer grounding and create a sacred space/moment in time with a simple inhale. The cells resonate and remember this holy resin. It connects us to deep and holy inner knowing. ✨ I also added some black pepper as it ignites the creative fire, and helps us embody our true selves, as it supports self compassion, self confidence, and release of stagnant emotional anxieties held about our worth. Bergamot and Lemon Blossom absolute also found their way into the mix! They both bring joy and hope to the heart space! A sense of renewal and awakening which is perfect for this time of year, as the earth begins to first wake after a long winters slumber.✨
